Return Policies

Dresses:

We request that you carefully select your online purchases. Like most other websites that sell prom and evening dresses, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our gowns.

To choose the best size for you, we recommend choosing your size based on your measurements for your bust, waist and hips, and measurements on the designers size chart which is found on our website. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size so that you are able to have the dress altered for a perfect fit.

All of our products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to insure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item you must contact us via email within 3 days of receipt of your gown to mydressconnection@gmail.com and a representative will contact you right away. We will provide you with full instructions and a return authorization number to accept your returns. Any returns sent back without a return authorization number will be refused and we do not accept COD packages.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and if you received free shipping on your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Shoe Returns:

Try your shoes indoors and on a carpeted surface. This will not only ensure your shoes stay clean until you know how they fit, it’ll also help prevent damages from occurring. Some shoes have polished leather soles and wearing these shoes on hard, non-carpeted floors could cause scuff marks. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from My Dress Connection, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund less any shipping costs we incurred. After the 30th day, all purchases are considered final sale and are not refundable. Worn shoes cannot be exchanged or returned. If you try the shoes on with your dress, we ask that you wear hosiery, and only wear the shoes on a carpeted surface. If we find toe prints on the shoes or if the soles are scuffed from trying them on, we cannot take them back. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded if three or more shoes from the same order are returned. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and packaging. Any shoes or handbags that have been dyed cannot be returned for credit. Please use our contact page or email us to receive your Return Authorization number. We will not accept any returns without proper authorization and we do not accept COD packages.
